Welcome to Rekalab.com ("Rekalab", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
Rekalab provides AI-generated scripts and images based on user prompts. While we strive to deliver high-quality outputs, all generated content should be reviewed before use. Rekalab is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misuse of generated content.
You agree to use Rekalab in compliance with all applicable laws and not to use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
2. Account Registration
To use Rekalab, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
3. Credits and Billing
a. Credit System
Rekalab uses a credit-based system to generate content. Credits are deducted only for successful generations.
b. Expiration of Credits
All unused credits expire at the end of your 30-day billing cycle and will not roll over. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
c. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed every 30 days starting from the date of purchase. You will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
d. Subscription Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.
e. No Refund Policy
All payments, including subscription plans, are final. We do not offer refunds or partial credits for unused time or content.
4. Payments
We use Stripe to securely process payments. By using our services, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and privacy policies. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content you generate using Rekalab belongs to you. However, Rekalab retains the rights to the underlying AI models, systems, and platform design. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our services or platform structure without written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Rekalab to create harmful, misleading, illegal, or offensive content.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of our AI systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rekalab does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of generated content. You use the outputs at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall Rekalab be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rekalab at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our operations.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Rekalab after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
